It's not a mystery as to where our bodies form tension patterns with certain emotions. Most of us have an basic understanding of body language and posture, especially those of us who grew up hypervigilant in our childhood home.

This is a science-based physiological explanation as to why certain parts of the body hold chronic tension and how psychological patterns, and your sense of self , are griping along these tension lines.

We will absolutely be taking into considerations all of the psychical injuries, surgeries, activities and lack of movement as you form your Body Map.

All discomfort is NOT stuck emotion . Often you need psychical therapy or an MRI

In this Workshop we first focus on being curious about your current body map, drawing out your chronic pain, physical injuries and Life Experiences. This process alone brings a lot of validation and a deeper understanding of why your body is holding certain tension patterns or pain.

Our greatest tools are curiosity and compassion as we practice repairing your relationship with your physical body so that you feel safe together again. This naturally brings relief and more clarity on what to advocate for moving forward.
